Lois Steinberg in Nederland
Lois Steinberg komt voor het eerst sinds 2019 weer naar Nederland! Grijp deze kans om te leren van een van de meest vooraanstaande Iyengar-yogadocenten ter wereld.
Lois’ teaching is infused with enthusiasm to share the knowledge and acumen that have come through her sustained practice and study of the tremendous work of B.K.S. Iyengar and his family. She strives to emphasise and exemplify whole-body transformation through the joy of regular immersion in practice. As a teacher, she is direct, dynamic, clear, focused, engaging, gently humorous, and an invaluable resource for understanding the healing potential of yoga. As a teacher of teachers, a hands-on mentoring approach is the focus of her teacher education programme.
Lois is the author of numerous books and articles and is widely respected for and consulted regarding her considerable knowledge of therapeutics. She is sought after worldwide for workshops, and serves as a member of and assessor for the Certification Committee of the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the U.S.

De workshop vindt plaats van 14 t/m 17 mei 2026.
14 mei is voor docenten en docenten in opleiding; alle andere dagen (15, 16 en 17 mei) zijn open voor iedereen.
De workshop vindt plaats bij Akoesticum Ede. Deze locatie is makkelijk te bereiken met de auto en het openbaar vervoer. Er is beperkte accommodatie beschikbaar (privé- of gedeelde kamers).
