Akoesticum Foundation handles personal data with care.
If we (will) carry out an assignment for you, we will use personal data, for example to send you an offer, make appointments, process donations or be able to invoice you. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your data will not be provided to third parties.
Want to know exactly what personal data we hold on you? Request an overview from us. You may also ask us to amend or delete the personal data we hold about you. Send such a request to info@akoesticum.org and we will make it right for you.
Newsletter Akoesticum
We will only send you newsletters if you have signed up for them online yourself. You can always change or remove your own data yourself.
Reservations
We keep online reservations (with/without payment) for activities or public presentations no longer than 1 week after the activity has taken place. After that, we remove registrations from our system.

Akoesticum Foundation uses cookies. The use of cookies is very important for making our website run smoothly, but cookies whose effect you do not immediately see are also very important. Thanks to the (anonymous) input of visitors, we can improve the use of the website and make it more user-friendly.

We use the following types of cookies:
Functional cookies: these allow us to make the website work better and are more user-friendly for visitors. For example: we store your login details or what you put in your shopping basket.

These cookies know whether you have visited the site before or not. Only on the first visit, a cookie is generated; on subsequent visits, the already existing cookie is used. This cookie is for statistical purposes only. This allows the following data to be collected:

- how long users view a particular page
- at which page visitors leave the site

Marketing cookies (ActiveCampaign): These are tracking cookies from others. They track which pages you visit on the internet to build your personal profile.
