Rehearsing for a performance is of course done in a room that is made for it. At Akoesticum, all the rooms in our beautiful monumental building are carefully designed acoustically. For instance, when practising for theatre and singing, you don't even need to use a microphone. And at rehearsals for choirs and orchestras, you can hear everything as it should sound. Do you need a grand piano, percussion? We have it ready for you to use during your rehearsal weekend. Of course, we also have stage sets, lighting and sound technology at your disposal, which is very convenient.

The Auditorium is Akoesticum's largest and most versatile auditorium. With its retractable audience stand, floating wooden floor and exceptional acoustics, this room offers the ideal setting for vocal and instrumental ensembles, presentations, workshops and events for up to 250 people. The hall features a magnificent D concert grand piano by Steingräber & Söhne as standard.
