Energizer Culture Shot
Pithy material you need to get through or is it just taking a long time and you're worried that thoughts are wandering? Make and use an energiser! Energisers are short and fun activities to keep the energy high, to keep everyone's attention in an original way. An energiser can always be fitted into the daily programme and take place, for example, during a group session, workshop or a break.
